Great product and good customer service. Light seems well made and bright. Controls and screen are super simple. I reached out with a help question and was impressed at the quickness to which they responded. Very happy with my choice of going with Eaglestar.

I would never buy from this company… I would never buy from this company ever again. Worst customer service experience ever. no shipping options. No return policy so expect to get took. Package came from FedEx a week and a half later, opened with holes and banged up. Instant regret. Best to buy from trusted brands and skip eaglestar.
