Can't deliver to towns on No1 Highway!! I placed my first order. Then was messaged saying they wanted my tax file number. Which I refused to give. Then they said they couldn't send to me because I'm in a remote area! I provided them three different addresses to try. Still no good, so they had to cancel the order.I had pad extra for priority shipping. I can not believe that they use a courier that can not deliver to towns located on the No1 Highway in Australia. They need to look for a better courier network!!

I Had My Orders Split Up And I'm Waiting On The 2nd Order. At This Point...I Want A Refund On The 2nd Order. Every Time I Check On The 2nd Order It Says, "Check Your Internet Connection." Patiently Waiting!!!

24 days and still waiting 24 days and still waiting. No one will answer where my goods are. Tracking advice is all in chinese. Not feeling great about receiving my goods :(

Shipping price way too high I love the professionalism, responsiveness and all ,But I am from South Africa and I want to order products that total to R1350 (US85.11) but shipping cost me R4050 (US261.0)... that is like R2700 more than the actual products I'm placing an order for & it gives me an option for Express shipping only. I really wanted to order from here but I'm disappointed, there's no way I'm paying for shipping that is 3x the total amount of my products.

Holy Shipping Time, Batman There’s some good items on here. Low MOQs. The real problem is the shipping. By the time you get a shipment, the pieces will be out of season/out of fashion. Standard shipping takes 20-45 BUSINESS DAYS. Premium is only slightly less. You’re talking about actual months between the time you order and the order arrives. Imagine ordering a swimsuit at the end of April—you wouldn’t get it until the end of summer.
