i ordered since march 6 and still… i ordered since march 6 and still haven’t received my order. The order has been divided into 3 packages. Package 1& 2 says shipped since march 23, but the tracking is not updated. Package 3 says preparing since 2 weeks now. Im losing business because i don’t have my inventory. At this point, im gonna find a new wholesaler. This is my last time ordering from fashiontiy

Can't deliver to towns on No1 Highway!! I placed my first order. Then was messaged saying they wanted my tax file number. Which I refused to give. Then they said they couldn't send to me because I'm in a remote area! I provided them three different addresses to try. Still no good, so they had to cancel the order.I had pad extra for priority shipping. I can not believe that they use a courier that can not deliver to towns located on the No1 Highway in Australia. They need to look for a better courier network!!

If you are a fashion business, STAY AWAY! Do not use them. They have terrible customer service and they are complete frauds and scammers. My company tried posting an item that they sell, and when it came to purchasing that particular item, they of course took it off their site. It's likely that they steal these items from others. Be careful when using them. I contacted customer service about this issue and was basically told to F off and too bad.
