CAI ordered 4 pieces of clothing on… I ordered 4 pieces of clothing on January 23rd and have still not received it. That is 6 whole months! I tried contacting and I wait anywhere from 3 weeks to a month before anyone responds to me. Once I finally do get an answer I'm told it's due to COVID-19. I have ordered other items from other online websites and apps and have recieved those items in a timely manner. Some may have taken a little longer but nothing took 6 months and still waiting. Once I either recieve my items or money back I will be deleting FashionTIY off my phone and will never purchase another thing from this app. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed.

AFTER READING A VIEW OTHER REVIEWS I'M HOPING MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN TIME ENOUGH TO SELL AT A POP-UP SHOP EVENT I HAVE SCHEDULED THIS APRIL. I'M SERIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SHIPPING DATES, AND WHEN MY ITEMS WILL ACTUALLY SHIP OUT. IF THEY COULD ALSO CUT DOWN THOSE SHIPPING COSTS IT'LL BE THE PERFECT WHOLESALE STORE. THE SHIPPING FEES ARE DEFINITELY OUTRAGEOUS, BUT THE COST OF THE ITEMS IS WORTH IT. YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO PRICE YOUR ITEMS ACCORDINGLY TO MAKE UP FOR THE EXTRA FEES. (***Update***) I definitely received my priority items last week as promised. Waiting on my last package before I order again 🥰

GBI'm surprised at the bad reviews I'm… I'm surprised at the bad reviews I'm reading. I have had great experience with this company. They respond to my questions way quicker than other companies. Maybe people are ordering things and expecting premium priced items. If you take your time, read the fabric content and understand what your buying and allow that it's coming from China, and allow them the time to ship things so far, you will be pleasantly surprised. I've ordered 3 maybe 4 big orders and I am very happy with their product. Only two dresses did I not care for but I pictured them in a more exotic fabric so it was my fault not theirs. And their items sell for me quite well. Take your time, don't expect the finest fabrics at these prices, there is a drop-down button to choose fabrics) be patient in shipping and spend more for the best deal.

GBHoly Shipping Time, Batman There’s some good items on here. Low MOQs. The real problem is the shipping. By the time you get a shipment, the pieces will be out of season/out of fashion. Standard shipping takes 20-45 BUSINESS DAYS. Premium is only slightly less. You’re talking about actual months between the time you order and the order arrives. Imagine ordering a swimsuit at the end of April—you wouldn’t get it until the end of summer.

NLI've been trying for more than a month… I've been trying for more than a month now to let them delete my account. But they are ignoring me, coming with excuses. First it was them asking me a question, every time I asked them to delete my account. the questions kept coming and my request was ignored. So I got tired of their questions and became really serious and started talking about our rights as a customer. Now they are like: 'we are bussy.' What kind of a company does this to there customers?
