Awful quality poor customer service Awful quality poor customer service. Purchased a 'Deluxe' bouquet for my wife for Valentines day. Without doubt the worst flowers I have ever seen. The roses were all bruised and the lillys had lost a lot of flower heads. Nothing like what I was supposed to receive. Customer service is poor basically did not want to know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Will never order from them again! Will never order from them again! A double ended spray was ordered from Busy Bees florist Tonbridge for a family funeral. The floral tribute delivered was a single ended spray of flowers with the stems pushed into a chunk of oasis. This was just covered with cellophane. This was distressing for the family and not what we had ordered. I sent a photos of the said spray, together with their onsite double ended spray, asking what could have happened e.g had the spray been dropped and damaged? Having spent nearly 10 days trying to get any explanation, being told each time they were looking in to it, I have been finally informed "the manager and florist have looked at the photo and cannot see any problem" I should have been more careful in my choice of florist!

Bought flowers for next day delivery Bought flowers for next day delivery. I thought I was ordering from a local store. No flowers arrived so I sent an email. 'Margaret'responded in a weird invoice style email to say they don't count Sunday as a day. The flowers have arrived today, from amelias flowers not busy bees. Turns out a man called Mr heath fronts all these companies.

I ordered for next day I ordered for next day, but due to heavy rain they arrived swiftly the following morning, and they’re absolutely beautiful! I had read some reviews after placing my order which left me worried, but honestly, there’s been no issues at all with the quality. Customer service were really good too and when I sent in my queries I had responses straight away. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future! Thankyou Busy Bees team!

Late delivery… Completely let down by this Company would never use them again. We ordered flowers for a surprise for a dear friends on a specific date and they did not arrive on the day or next day infact 2 days late which totally spoilt the surprise then when i got in touch i was told it was a delivery problem due to location which there was never any mention at time of ordering.I was told a member of Management would be in touch but it is now a week and i have heard nothing i requested some sort of compensation but nothing so i will never use this company again nor recommend them. 0 stars should be an option .
