GBBought flowers for next day delivery Bought flowers for next day delivery. I thought I was ordering from a local store. No flowers arrived so I sent an email. 'Margaret'responded in a weird invoice style email to say they don't count Sunday as a day. The flowers have arrived today, from amelias flowers not busy bees. Turns out a man called Mr heath fronts all these companies.

GBOrdered a bouquet for my Wife's… Ordered a bouquet for my Wife's Birthday from our sons based on the Next Day delivery service offered and promoted by Busy Bees. To my surprise I received a mail (no call) at 16.38 on the day of delivery to be advised that due to shortages the flowers could not be delivered until the following day - a day late for the Birthday. Too late to source an alternative and have refused a credit, a lame apology received also. Really disappointed with customer service and will not use again.

GBLate delivery… Completely let down by this Company would never use them again. We ordered flowers for a surprise for a dear friends on a specific date and they did not arrive on the day or next day infact 2 days late which totally spoilt the surprise then when i got in touch i was told it was a delivery problem due to location which there was never any mention at time of ordering.I was told a member of Management would be in touch but it is now a week and i have heard nothing i requested some sort of compensation but nothing so i will never use this company again nor recommend them. 0 stars should be an option .

GBI have knownAli for decades I have knownAli for decades! She is so brilliant. Good quality, kindness, and efficient. I think certain staff have been poor and errant. Delivery is always difficult regardless of company. RandalAnderson

GBSorry but 1 star is all i could give Sorry but 1 star is all i could give I picked my flowers as a surprise to a friend for her birthday On the 8th may .....i ordered the delivery date for that date they got delivered 9th of april which totally ruined the surprise i sent this company an email to which i got apologies Which isn't goid enough in my opinion sorry isn't good enough on this occasion they have totally ruined my surprise for a special day
