Ran a very misleading advert on their… Ran a very misleading advert on their site, that made it look like you got 10 trays for £4.90. in fact it was £49.00 my partner contacted them and asked to cancel they told her it was too late and the items had been despatched, BUT we received the despatch email 3 hours after they emailed us claiming to have already sent them. Also, they have a fake Trustpilot score on their website. Update: CON ARTISTS, claimed to have delivered the trays but provided fake tracking details for Evri, steer well clear. Please make sure to report them to Shopify, as they operate on their platform.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I… I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered ! I was conned by the advertising and have got stung go £49, they told me to return once I’d received the trays, they took 2 weeks to arrive and guess what they won’t refund ! The only thing I can get out of this is at least I’m not the only one dragged in with the false advertising Let’s hope no one else does

Misleading advert Misleading advert! Price appeared to be £4.90 but was charged £49. No total showed during check out, only after payment was made. Emailed immediately cancelling order. Told it was already shipped. A lie! No despatch email received and no tracking number. Basically theft and there's nothing I can do about it. SCAMMERS!!!

Freshtray - scammers - steer clear Advertised 1 pack of trays for £4.95 on Facebook. No end total amount was shown. The following day I noticed I had been charged £49.00 for the item. Contacted Freshtray to cancel order & was told it had already been shipped! Contacted my bank to stop payment which they have done- I only paid for what I ordered. 1 month later 10 trays arrived!! This is after the cooling off period. Now they want me to send them back at a cost of £30 to the Netherlands or accept delivery and they have offered me 20% off so that I don’t have the hassle of returning them!! FRESHTRAY - steer clear of this company - complete scammers.

If I could have given -10 I would have… If I could have given -10 I would have lime every single person that's wrote a review got scammed for £49 I am now going to go to trading standards about the advert I did not get an email about confirmation and did like every one else within 5 minutes tried to cancel it to be told it's already been processed at 12 midnight !!!!!! They need shutting down once and for all I'll never order anything again have just been to the post office to be told because of the weight it's Hong to cost nearly £30 to send it back to the Netherlands !!!!! I will be shouting as loud as I can about anyone wanting to purchase from this site
