There first advert pulls you in sounds… There first advert pulls you in sounds great till you order from first item on screen onefor £4.99 so I thought I would try them last page of ordering it advertised ten box’s for£49.00 I never went linear that couldn’t afford that amount any way ! Next morning £49.00 out of my bank !

Don't touch this product with a barge… Don't touch this product with a barge pole. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. I too thought the pack was £4.90, only to find it was £49. The product is not fit for purpose. Contacted company by email to be informed there are no refunds. Currently trying to recoup money through credit card, but freshtray are challenging this dispute

Misleading advert Misleading advert! Price appeared to be £4.90 but was charged £49. No total showed during check out, only after payment was made. Emailed immediately cancelling order. Told it was already shipped. A lie! No despatch email received and no tracking number. Basically theft and there's nothing I can do about it. SCAMMERS!!!

AVOID! COMPLETE RIP OFF! Dont buy them! Dont get sucked in!! Unfortunately I didn't read the small print and thought I was buying 1 for £5. Then they sent me 10 (min order) and they took £50 out of my credit card account. I have tried to return them but was told I would need to send them back to Netherlands and then wouldnt reply to any emails once I asked for return info/address. They arrived in bubble wrap and one tiny compliment leaflet with them in a bag. No other packaging, very unprofessional. Worries me that all the things they have put on advert could possibly be fake? I do not have £50 to just throw away, I worked so hard for this money, I just wish I could have given the £50 to charity instead!

Like the other reviews I thought I was… So further to my original review the company is still insisting they advertise correctly. My parcel is now showing as being delivered, it wasn't so I'm nearly £50 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Like the other reviews I thought I was paying £4.90 for the product to be billed £49 . Ad is so misleading and when you try to phone them the number disconnects immediately. Customer service does reply via email but just insists item has been despatched. I literally emailed within 20 min so despatch time must be super quick if it ever comes
