Worst company ever Worst company ever. No packing slip, no labels, bras stuffed in an envelope without anything saying where it had come from. Size is so off one wonders how they sized them. Don’t waste your money, they refuse to give refunds so please believe me, buy elseware, not from this company

OMG, never again. KATYCHARM 👎 Omg, wish I read reviews first. I ordered 2 bras on March and nothing still. I emailed and no respond, tey phone number, nothing. Ahhh, I am requesting my money back through my bank and forget this website. You won't get money back from them, request it from your bank.

No delivery Reading all the reviews I'm convinced this company is a sham. I ordered bras like you guys. It is now a month and no items have been delivered. I've been in contact with them per email. Giving me a run around the shipment has been delayed, due to too many orders. Calling it a back up . Report them to better business bureau, call your bank for investigation. They took my money out before item has been delivered. We all need to bond together and stop those companies. FBI should look in to this.

Bras from KatyCharm I ordered two bras from KatyCharm in my usual size. They are so missized all the way around. I have contacted them explaining the sizing issue. They do not accept returns except for damaged goods. Their reply stated: "It depends on customers' body shape so kindly accept that it cannot fit all customers well." When you order the size you normally wear that should not be an issue! Their statement about not fitting all body shapes is ridiculous.

Awful!! Awful!!! As other reviews have said, their sizing is a joke. Ordered 3 bras 40C - waited 7 weeks for delivery and they look like they’d fit a 12 year old. ‘Customer service’ said they could refund 25%! Huh? Or send back to VietNam myself and pay $20-30 return shipping.
