Wish I would have checked trust pilot… Wish I would have checked trust pilot before purchasing 2 bras from these crooks!!! First of all, they list the company as being in Delaware instead of China where they are actually shipping from. I inquired via email after 2 weeks and was sent a USPS tracking number with a status that remained unshipped and was told it was shipped shortly after order date of March 20th and that USPS just hasn’t updated. The next time I inquired they apologized and said it was lost in shipping so they sent another pkg. I emailed them again and they finally replied today telling me USPS lost my package and they sent package number 3!!! I told them I want a refund immediately. I also reported it to my bank to get the charges reversed due to fraud.

Don't order their products. Apparently, this company is just a scam to solicit orders for money only. Size ordered was not what I received. Ordered size 44-D and what I got wouldn't fit my 13 year old granddaughter. No satisfactory answer or consideration for their lack of concern and refusal to do anything to correct. Terrible Company.

I wish this company would get it's well… I wish this company would get it's well de served closure for like of bring honest and truthful with tjier products! A senior citizen on fixed income with lack of spending unnecessarily very careful with my money@ ordered these bras 7 weeks ago still no products ! After reading reviews wished I had not ordered from them they should be ashamed of taking elderly womens money and not sending what they ordered but from what I've read thiet a big scam!!! Don't order Dont order from any of thier sites !!!! Shame on you Katy charm or whoever you may be !!!

Product seems great but badly run company! It is such a shame the company is so badly run. The product finally delivered. Wrong cup size but material and construction seemed to be excellent. Product came in no packagjng list no way to know to return.

I really wish I could leave 0 stars I really wish I could leave 0 stars! I placed my order March 16th, it's April 26th and I still haven't gotten anything but some invalid tracking numbers and alot of run around! KATYCHARM IS A SCAM!!!
