No delivery Reading all the reviews I'm convinced this company is a sham. I ordered bras like you guys. It is now a month and no items have been delivered. I've been in contact with them per email. Giving me a run around the shipment has been delayed, due to too many orders. Calling it a back up . Report them to better business bureau, call your bank for investigation. They took my money out before item has been delivered. We all need to bond together and stop those companies. FBI should look in to this.

Worst experience ever! I ordered one bra on 4/3/24, still have not received it. Had I known it was coming from overseas, I NEVER would have ordered it. I'm calling my bank in the morning to get my money back. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. The communication sucks too.

Ordered over two months ago and still… Ordered over two months ago and still have not received the bras. Have emailed twice and been told they are in transit. Given a tracking number that shows the "package" has been sitting in Hempstead NY since March 7, 2024. Trying to get a refund but not having much luck.

Oh how I wish I was aware of trustpilot… Oh how I wish I was aware of trustpilot before purchasing two bras from Katycharm. I too waited over a month to receive them and then they were not close to the size I needed and what was suppose to be shipped to me according to their size chart. I received this as their policy to return the items. If I had known they were made in ASIA I would never have purchased them. According to our policy, the return policy will only apply to damaged items or products with manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition. Moreover, the package will have to be returned to our warehouse in Asia so it will cost an expensive postage (about $20-$30) to return. Therefore, please get back to us with the required information so we can support you with a suitable solution

OMG, never again. KATYCHARM 👎 Omg, wish I read reviews first. I ordered 2 bras on March and nothing still. I emailed and no respond, tey phone number, nothing. Ahhh, I am requesting my money back through my bank and forget this website. You won't get money back from them, request it from your bank.
