The best floor plans. Working with the Truoba architect, Ignas, was a pleasure. Prompt responses to all requests and he has done a wonderful job modifying the base plan. I ended up removing a bed room and changed the roof pitch to reduce the overall square footage and height. The best of the house plan is the perfect thoughtful flow of the rooms which I could not find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Another highly satisfied customer ! My wife and I found a home online that linked to Truoba. We checked out the pricing and what you get for that expense. What we found was a very reasonable cost. The plans were complete with all the detail you need. What was most appreciated was the responsiveness of Ignas, the architect, and his willingness to provide whatever changes we required. We also noted the efficiency and timeliness of his work. We highly recommend working with Ignas and Truoba. We’re happy we found them!

Great modern design and service! Stop further searching. We needed to modify a design to best fit the topography and climate of our location. The designers were immediately responsive and worked quickly and tirelessly through several drafts to arrive at a completed custom design. The cost to modify and customize the design was quite reasonable. Ultimately we are extremely pleased with the design and service Truoba has provided. Only regret is not finding Truoba first when we started looking for plans.

Easy to use website with upfront… Easy to use website with upfront pricing. When I first came across Truoba I spent a lot of time looking at their different pre-designed plans. When I finally settled on one and sent an inquiry with some customization questions I received a response along with a mock-up of my requests within a business day. The architect, Ignas, is fast, polite, and very talented.
