Highly Recommend Truoba!! Truoba was amazing to work with on our tiny house plans! The process was smooth and their communication was excellent. We made several changes to our plans, which were turned around quickly and exactly as requested. Once the final plans were delivered, we shared them with our builder, who was extremely impressed by how comprehensive they were. I can't recommend Truoba enough!

Wonderful experience Wonderful experience, responsive, adaptable. These words describe working with Ignas and Vaida. I came to the table with many ideas and some sketches and artistic renderings of a new small home. I mentioned I wanted to create plans for a comfortable, high performance 624 sqft home with orientation and awareness of the land it was being built. I desired windows and layout to make it feel much bigger than the external size would suggest. I will be building a low vapor permeable, RockWool interior/exterior insulation, metal roofed home. Truoba was patient with my second high performance architect involved and incorporated his detail analysis of high performance aspects into the plan. Truoba worked well my structural engineer and updated my drawings to reflect adjustments engineered required. I am glad to say after this long journey (that was mostly because I had so many details I wanted addressed) the plans are ready I can finally begin to build my home. I know if I need a change made along the way Truoba will be there for me. I also look forward to this build being complete and creating another building (bigger) on my property. I look forward to seeing how the the two Truoba buildings look and function on my property!

Fantastic Company for House Plans! I worked with Truoba on a fully custom house plan and had a fantastic experience! Ignas and team were wonderful to work with! The pricing is transparent and fair. And their response time was lightening fast throughout the entire process. My lot is sloped, and because of various set back and creek ordinances, there was only a small buildable area and a limit to the square footage of the footprint. The Truoba team designed my dream home within those limitations! They also provided valuable insight along the way about how different approaches would impact the building costs, etc. The end result is truly perfect for me! I couldn't be happier with the floor plan and the exterior is gorgeous! I can't recommend Truoba highly enough!!

The work conducted was top notch with very detailed plans being provided that more than sufficed the needs of our contractors and city officials. 220 mini Ignas was great and most importantly he was patient with me during the whole process. Plans are a little pricey when making modifications, but worth the price due to the attention to details, patience and quick responses. Another plus is he's willing to work with me later during my build if any slight changes are needed on my plans. Great company as far as I'm concerned! If you use this company you won't be disappointed!
