220 mini Ignas was great and most importantly he was patient with me during the whole process. Plans are a little pricey when making modifications, but worth the price due to the attention to details, patience and quick responses. Another plus is he's willing to work with me later during my build if any slight changes are needed on my plans. Great company as far as I'm concerned! If you use this company you won't be disappointed!

What made this experience work for us… What made this experience work for us was two things: The first is that Truoba maintained timely and open communication throughout the process but they were willing to tweak their already-awesome designs to what we wanted, even after we had finalized things, they were still willing to adjust a minor thing for us. Fantastic Company for House Plans! I worked with Truoba on a fully custom house plan and had a fantastic experience! Ignas and team were wonderful to work with! The pricing is transparent and fair. And their response time was lightening fast throughout the entire process. My lot is sloped, and because of various set back and creek ordinances, there was only a small buildable area and a limit to the square footage of the footprint. The Truoba team designed my dream home within those limitations! They also provided valuable insight along the way about how different approaches would impact the building costs, etc. The end result is truly perfect for me! I couldn't be happier with the floor plan and the exterior is gorgeous! I can't recommend Truoba highly enough!!
