Awesome Mini 721 The level of professionalism was beyond reproach...period, end of story. As a builder I have been buying plans off the net for over six years. Not once have I seen the level of detail displayed on the Truoba plans. Further, I wanted to make a couple changes to the plans I chose. It was as simple as following the contact instructions on their website to "Customize This Plan". Someone responded the following morning and the customizing process began immediately. Communication back and forth was easy, responsive and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Truoba to builders or just anyone looking for that perfect dream house design.

They had excellent ideas, concise communication, and responded to changes and requests very quickly. We are so happy with our custom house plans, and are excited to start our build. We have had such a positive experience working with Truoba. We love their modern aesthetic, and their excellent service and work ethic. We highly recommend their services.

Great modern design and service! Stop further searching. We needed to modify a design to best fit the topography and climate of our location. The designers were immediately responsive and worked quickly and tirelessly through several drafts to arrive at a completed custom design. The cost to modify and customize the design was quite reasonable. Ultimately we are extremely pleased with the design and service Truoba has provided. Only regret is not finding Truoba first when we started looking for plans.

The best floor plans. Working with the Truoba architect, Ignas, was a pleasure. Prompt responses to all requests and he has done a wonderful job modifying the base plan. I ended up removing a bed room and changed the roof pitch to reduce the overall square footage and height. The best of the house plan is the perfect thoughtful flow of the rooms which I could not find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! We are very happy with Truoba’s services. They were very prompt and accommodating despite a few design changes on our part. Communication was clear and easy. Our engineer made a few changes due to snow loads etc. here in Canada and Ignas immediately redrew the plans with the new specs. The plans have been the easiest step in the process so far, we look forward to seeing the completed structure. Thank you Ignas
