The entire process has been exceptional. If you find a Truoba floorplan you're interested in but think you might want a few changes, I would highly recommend contacting them. Excellent service! We are very happy with Truoba’s services. They were very prompt and accommodating despite a few design changes on our part. Communication was clear and easy. Our engineer made a few changes due to snow loads etc. here in Canada and Ignas immediately redrew the plans with the new specs. Fantastic Company for House Plans! I worked with Truoba on a fully custom house plan and had a fantastic experience! Ignas and team were wonderful to work with! The pricing is transparent and fair. And their response time was lightening fast throughout the entire process. My lot is sloped, and because of various set back and creek ordinances, there was only a small buildable area and a limit to the square footage of the footprint. The Truoba team designed my dream home within those limitations! They also provided valuable insight along the way about how different approaches would impact the building costs, etc. The end result is truly perfect for me! I couldn't be happier with the floor plan and the exterior is gorgeous! I can't recommend Truoba highly enough!!
