10 out of 10 Such great service. There was a fault with my heating. Tom came and changed my hive hub within the designated time slot. Everything was resolved in under an hour. With the freezing temps - my heating had gone again but was very quick to help and resolve the issue over the phone. Very genuine and honest.

Clear sense that you’re being given honest and professional advice to maintain your boiler/system without being charged for items or procedures you don’t need. Great plumber and a nice bloke, what more do want? :-) Tom installed our new boiler just before Christmas and recently replaced a ceased motorised valve for us.
