Excellent product with outstanding service. I love the fact that most items are American made. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. We saved a lot of money and did not have to sacrifice quality. Rich was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend using stairpartsusa! It's an internet business with a "mom and pop" business mentality!

Satisfied customer Tom at Stairparts USA was extremely patient and helpful on the phone to help refine the details of my order. There were a couple design details I hadn't completely thought out for my railing project, and he helped me revise my order to make it work. All items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I did, however, feel that the shipping cost was quite steep for the size of my order. (Nearly 25% on top of the total cost of the items.) Overall, though, I'm very satisfied.

Please be aware if you order too much… Please be aware if you order too much or the wrong size, returning material is a joke! This company make's sure it not worth it to return anything. We placed a rather large order with this company that qualified for free shipping. When we started a return on some items, not only were we told we would have to pay return shipping (understandable), they also wanted to charge back the original shipping fees plus charge a 30% restocking fee. We returned only a few items as not to have to pay the original shipping back and are still waiting for our credit. This company is non responsive! I have called and emailed several times and am being totally ignored!

Few choices for what I needed but this was a good one! I happened upon Stair Parts USA while searching for stainless stair rail components. I called Stair Parts and spoke with Rich who was cordial and seemingly understood what I was seeking. The reasonably priced, high quality Italian parts were ordered, shipped promptly and received within a week. Customer service at Stair Parts USA is excellent which will bring me back to them when I add more railing to this project.

Great selection, great products I was just looking for some beefy 42" balusters to convert an old desk into a standing desk. The parts shipped quickly, were well packaged and high quality.
