Great customer service and very fast response. I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control. Good experience I ordered 2 red oak box newels and 12 solid iron balusters with shoes. The newels arrived a week earlier than expected, then the balusters the next day. The newels had some minor damage on the corners of the base that didn't seem to be from shipping, but for this application that isn't an issue. The newels need sanding all over anyway before finishing. Some of the trim on the newels was cut too long and there are slight gaps, but again this isn't an issue for this application. Overall great value for the products I've received.

Profesional service, quality hardware. I was a first time buyer, so never having used their products I called my order in, instead of using the on line ordering. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly, talked me through the whole process and in the end got exactly what I needed. The order was promptly shipped and well packaged. The customer I installed the railing for was also pleased. I would recommend this company and their line of products to anyone.

May be ok but has provlems with delivery The delivery has not arrived and after confirming time and date the materials still has not been made. No calls for delay notice ,no follow up and habe many requests for recommendations without any production from supplier. Three stars may go to one star

Great service... and fast, too! I'm a contractor and buy a lot of materials from my local suppliers, but was coming up empty when it came to ordering stair parts in the style that my client selected. All of my local suppliers told me that the particular style they wanted was a 5 week wait. I found the parts I needed on StairPartsUSA.com. The salesperson was great to work with, and the parts arrived at the job site in less than a week (without paying special rates). I'll definitely order from them again!
