I had made a mistake on 2 newels in my order and they fixed it immediately before shipping and also my contractor advised I didn't need the mounting blocks and they removed and credited my account. Colonial Oak Balusters Ordered red oak balusters for a home reno. Lightning fast shipping of 60 balusters at the best pruce I found. The wood was beautiful with just a few in the shipment having small pockmarks/minor defects (well within the 5-10% I normally expect). Will definetly go to these folks again when I need stair parts.
