I was so worried about buying windows from an online store and being scammed. After talking to Derek, I knew that this was a legitimate business. He helped so much and is an expert at the window business. I am so happy with our product. The windows are amazing.

I’m not happy camper about it since I… I’m not happy camper about it since I ordered last month ( February ) and I asked for construction window but I got replacement window smh I did called them and asked for refund but they said it cannot refund so they’re going to sending me another one for free cuz it’s wrong kind !!! I haven’t heard from them since 2 weeks now . That why I gave one star for that and I won’t order more windows from them .

The window is exactly what we wanted The window is exactly what we wanted. The pickup location did not find our window when it should have been there. I called WindowEstore and they called the pickup location and fixed the problem immediately. The pickup location had mis-labeled the window. I am impressed on how quickly WindowEstore got this problem solved!

Amazing! It was very easy to navigate the web blind site. There are excellent instructions, videos, and other guidelines. Prices seemed comparable or even better, relative to other online window sites. Then to top it all off I get a personal call after placing the order just to make sure everything g is correct. Amazing!
