Fantastic Service We had 5 wooden sash windows replaced SJB did a fabulous job. Paul, who came to assess our windows and provide the quote was the reason we ended up going with SJB. Compared to other companies [local and national] he was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough. Jacek did a great job of fitting them and was tidy, friendly and on time every day - Even though it was snowing! The windows themselves look absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend.

highly recommended I'd highly recommend SJB Sash Windows. We had three sash windows and box frames replaced and their work was impeccable: efficient, tidy, considerate. Their quote was comparable with two other firms and they're easy to deal with. Acoustic glass and double glazing have made our room quieter and warmer.

Started off very well but went a bit downhill..... The initial consultation and survey visits were great, very helpful and informative. Communication with the office was also good. But sadly we had a less happy experience with the fitting team. The job over-ran, which was not the end of the world, but I felt the attention to detail on the finish was disappointing. The issues were ultimately resolved, but only after I asked the surveyor to come out and look at the issues himself - he acknowledged that there were a number of things which needed to be rectified. The windows themselves are fine, and I can see that most people have had a happy experience, but I was left feeling a bit a bit flat.

Great company, great product We have been very pleased with Sjbsashwindows. It's a small company so we had a very personal service. A few unavoidable problems cropped up around installation dates but they were always on the front foot contacting us and problem solving. The people who came to advise and measure up were great and the installation team were absolutely brilliant! Efficient, quick, tidy, helpful. The new double glazed windows are instantly making a huge difference.Thanks!
