Started off very well but went a bit downhill..... The initial consultation and survey visits were great, very helpful and informative. Communication with the office was also good. But sadly we had a less happy experience with the fitting team. The job over-ran, which was not the end of the world, but I felt the attention to detail on the finish was disappointing. The issues were ultimately resolved, but only after I asked the surveyor to come out and look at the issues himself - he acknowledged that there were a number of things which needed to be rectified. The windows themselves are fine, and I can see that most people have had a happy experience, but I was left feeling a bit a bit flat.

Good product &service from SJB Windows Good reception when we first visited the shop. Our requirements were considered, & following visits offered possible alternatives with informative options. Timings were as predicted. The fitter worked cleanly & efficiently keeping us up to date with the stages of work. All is as was forecast. We are pleased with our new windows
