Great company We are very happy with the company, from the initial sale discussion, to the survey and installation of double sash windows. The team in charge of installing also plastered around the box c. 10c and painted a line on the ledgers outside - so now we only have to sand and paint inside and finish up painting outside for it to look complete.

Fantastic service from first point of contact with Jake in the office, through Paul in sales, Terry who surveyed and through to the highly professional team of three fitters. We are incredibly happy with the service received. These quality wooden sash windows look amazing, are competitively priced, and were fitted with zero fuss and minimal disturbance to the day to day running of the house. They cleaned up after themselves and even took away our nasty ‘70s secondary glazing units! We will be using Sjbsashwindows again next year for a further 7 windows.

Started off very well but went a bit downhill..... The initial consultation and survey visits were great, very helpful and informative. Communication with the office was also good. But sadly we had a less happy experience with the fitting team. The job over-ran, which was not the end of the world, but I felt the attention to detail on the finish was disappointing. The issues were ultimately resolved, but only after I asked the surveyor to come out and look at the issues himself - he acknowledged that there were a number of things which needed to be rectified. The windows themselves are fine, and I can see that most people have had a happy experience, but I was left feeling a bit a bit flat.
