Outstanding windows and fitting experience An outstanding experience from start to finish. Measuring up and specification process was great. And any queries were handled politely and promptly by the office. And the fitting couldn’t have been better. Jon and Joby arrived promptly every day, made sure everything was protected and then cleared up afterwards at the end of the day. They were friendly and courteous, making sure we knew the status and plans. We had 9 windows and 2 doors, so not a small job. The windows and doors themselves are of very high quality and the fitting is faultless including plastering where required so all we have to do is some decorating to make it all good. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Good product &service from SJB Windows Good reception when we first visited the shop. Our requirements were considered, & following visits offered possible alternatives with informative options. Timings were as predicted. The fitter worked cleanly & efficiently keeping us up to date with the stages of work. All is as was forecast. We are pleased with our new windows

Started off very well but went a bit downhill..... The initial consultation and survey visits were great, very helpful and informative. Communication with the office was also good. But sadly we had a less happy experience with the fitting team. The job over-ran, which was not the end of the world, but I felt the attention to detail on the finish was disappointing. The issues were ultimately resolved, but only after I asked the surveyor to come out and look at the issues himself - he acknowledged that there were a number of things which needed to be rectified. The windows themselves are fine, and I can see that most people have had a happy experience, but I was left feeling a bit a bit flat.

Great company, great product We have been very pleased with Sjbsashwindows. It's a small company so we had a very personal service. A few unavoidable problems cropped up around installation dates but they were always on the front foot contacting us and problem solving. The people who came to advise and measure up were great and the installation team were absolutely brilliant! Efficient, quick, tidy, helpful. The new double glazed windows are instantly making a huge difference.Thanks!
