To nobody’s fault in particular, there was an issue with our initial order, but it was very quickly and very generously made right. If the need arises again for artificial turf, we will be returning to ATS without a doubt. GBI really love my turf and so does my… I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!
