I cannot give 5 stars at this time… I cannot give 5 stars at this time because my FC116U arrived loose in the crate it was sent in. They clamped the unit to a 2x that pulled through the nails and screws that were holding the wood. There is a damaged piece that I believe they are replacing, a $1.00 item. I haven’t used it yet and am hoping that is the only damage. I would suggest adding packing material inside the crate. I’m no engineer but I wouldn’t send a machine like that.

Everybody’s entitled to make a mistake, it’s how you take care of the mistakes gives a great review for customer service. Based on this, I would definitely order again.
