GBI cannot give 5 stars at this time… I cannot give 5 stars at this time because my FC116U arrived loose in the crate it was sent in. They clamped the unit to a 2x that pulled through the nails and screws that were holding the wood. There is a damaged piece that I believe they are replacing, a $1.00 item. I haven’t used it yet and am hoping that is the only damage. I would suggest adding packing material inside the crate. I’m no engineer but I wouldn’t send a machine like that.

GBYour US customer service rep is… Your US customer service rep is terrible. He is very short, non engaging and generally not interested. If you want to compete in the US you better step up your customer support.

GBI ordered two trimmers I ordered two trimmers. I only received one. I sent an email with pictures, and I was assured the other one is on the way. I have a tracking number to confirm this. Everybody’s entitled to make a mistake, it’s how you take care of the mistakes gives a great review for customer service. Based on this, I would definitely order again.

GBI received my order in a timely manner… I received my order in a timely manner and was satisfied with the order process. However, I used the chat option before I ordered to determine if I needed to order bolts with the blade holder and never did get a reply, even after a day of waiting. This caused me to order parts I really didn't need.

GBI still have not received my order I still have not received my order. WHERE IS IT ???. I finally got it. However no communication on ship date ect. Nothing wrong with the quality of the product. Just took to long.
