GBI ordered two trimmers I ordered two trimmers. I only received one. I sent an email with pictures, and I was assured the other one is on the way. I have a tracking number to confirm this. Everybody’s entitled to make a mistake, it’s how you take care of the mistakes gives a great review for customer service. Based on this, I would definitely order again.

GBStill missing part of my order Still missing part of my order. Rest my order was delivered and was all good. However I need the wrench I order to install the knives..I did email the company but still haven't received a response.
