Your US customer service rep is… Your US customer service rep is terrible. He is very short, non engaging and generally not interested. If you want to compete in the US you better step up your customer support.

I still have not received my order I still have not received my order. WHERE IS IT ???. I finally got it. However no communication on ship date ect. Nothing wrong with the quality of the product. Just took to long.

Good glue spreader Was in the need of a professional grade glue spreader. The Hand Gluer With Upper Roller (180 Mm) EM125T is exactly what I was looking for. Virutex Tools had it available and shipped it fast. Had to circle back for a shippers tracking number, would be nice though if a shipping/ processing email would be sent out as part of the ordering process.
