Great products and service... Based on my prior and most recent purchase of Flat Panel Cover-Up - Custom Sizes - white Plastic HIS, textured, noninsulated their products fit the requirement and made my repair job easier. I highly recommend Pro Products for any of their products.

Access Cover provided nice closure to an extended size hole for Moen ioDigital Controller. Worked well. Panel cover was nicely bevelled and easily painted to match the wall. Screws (1/2") were good for anchors but would suggest using 3/4" - 1" to reach studs. Also would have been nice to know distance between screws on opposite sides so panel could screwed to studs; e.g., 16" panel could not easily be screwed to 16" on-center studs. An 18" panel may have worked better; fortunately was able to screw a wood strip along side stud to make 16" panel work.

Martin at Pro Products was informative… Martin at Pro Products was informative and very patient with all of our questions. He was clear about all details and arranged a good shipping option for us. The floor access doors that we ordered were very well made and work well. Each one was a little different and they all came matching their drawings. Pro Product Sales paid close attention to all the details and we are very happy with the products.

ProProducts: A very dependable company! I ordered product from ProProducts which was not delivered to me. I first contacted the deliverer who said it had been delivered. I then contacted ProProducts who, after contacting me twice to apologize, sent another shipment immediately. I received the product today and have installed it. It fit perfectly, looks great, and was reasonably easy to install.

Damaged in transit Unfortunately the 30" x 30" attic access door was dropped during shipping resulting in a bent corner and a misaligned frame. Martin with Pro Products was a pleasure to talk to and he is working on a solution. I am confident everything will be resolved perfectly. Thank you
