Outstanding above and beyond service Outstanding above and beyond service. Had a special item with unconventional circumstances arise. BEST customer service! My experience with Pro Products Sales more than exceeded my expectations! From the moment I called, the customer service I received from Martin was amazing! He listened to my needs, offered suggestions, provided an emailed quote & answered all of my questions in an extremely prompt & professional fashion. I am very pleased with my order & the high standard of service that Pro Products Sales offers its customers. I will most definitely turn to this company in the future for any of my access panel door needs. Thank you for making my transaction absolutely seamless!

Finding a graceful solution I recently had a new air heating and cooling unit put into my home and I wanted to remove the old electric small wall heaters. I searched all the hardware and big box stores locally and then searched extensively online until I finally found the solution I was looking for, at the website of Pro Products, to cover the whole in the wall where the old heaters would come out. The team at Pro Products helped me order exactly what I needed, and told me, through chat, exactly when it would show up at my door. Today it arrived right on time and it is the perfect solution. I recommend this trustworthy business very highly.

Very satisfied, from ordering to delivery honest and fair I searched the internet for the access door I wanted. Has to be all Stainless steel and many other manufacturers were giving me less expensive prices but when I read the fine print it wasn't stainless steel. Martin took real good care of me and I received the product faster than I thought. I will definatley buy from them again.

Martin at Pro Products was informative… Martin at Pro Products was informative and very patient with all of our questions. He was clear about all details and arranged a good shipping option for us. The floor access doors that we ordered were very well made and work well. Each one was a little different and they all came matching their drawings. Pro Product Sales paid close attention to all the details and we are very happy with the products.
