USMartin at Pro Products was informativeā¦ Martin at Pro Products was informative and very patient with all of our questions. He was clear about all details and arranged a good shipping option for us. The floor access doors that we ordered were very well made and work well. Each one was a little different and they all came matching their drawings. Pro Product Sales paid close attention to all the details and we are very happy with the products.

USPro Products make the extra effort to earn customer loyalty!! We have a specialized services company in Honolulu Hawaii and greatly appreciate the Professional and efficient help and great products from Pro Products. Their pricing and product line are excellent, but the service is even better. Thanks Martin and Associates. Devon T. James HI-TEMP-TECH, LLC.

USVery satisfied, from ordering to delivery honest and fair I searched the internet for the access door I wanted. Has to be all Stainless steel and many other manufacturers were giving me less expensive prices but when I read the fine print it wasn't stainless steel. Martin took real good care of me and I received the product faster than I thought. I will definatley buy from them again.

USExcellent Service I ordered five access doors in three different sizes for a hospital project that our firm was working on. The sales representative was knowledgeable and efficient. When UPS delivered to the wrong address, Pro Products took care of it before I even knew about the issue. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be ordering from them again!

USAccess Cover provided nice closure to an extended size hole for Moen ioDigital Controller. Worked well. Panel cover was nicely bevelled and easily painted to match the wall. Screws (1/2") were good for anchors but would suggest using 3/4" - 1" to reach studs. Also would have been nice to know distance between screws on opposite sides so panel could screwed to studs; e.g., 16" panel could not easily be screwed to 16" on-center studs. An 18" panel may have worked better; fortunately was able to screw a wood strip along side stud to make 16" panel work.
