accurate custom panel provided quickly After placing my order, it arrived very quickly and was correctly custom made. It was packaged superbly. I would like to see a button added to the product page that specifically says "custom order? click here." If there is one, it was not showing in my browser, so I had to select a standard size to advance to a screen that allowed me to enter my custom order into the comments. I got help from a gentleman named Martin who was both patient and helpful.

Damaged in transit Unfortunately the 30" x 30" attic access door was dropped during shipping resulting in a bent corner and a misaligned frame. Martin with Pro Products was a pleasure to talk to and he is working on a solution. I am confident everything will be resolved perfectly. Thank you
