Excellect company to work with. True View gave us a quote sometime in January but we had a couple hefty expenses come up and weren't able to schedule at that time. When we were able to schedule several months later, True View honored their original quote (that included a discount!) and scheduled our patio door frame repair immediately. They had to reschedule for a couple weeks later due to a part supply issue, but came out immediately once the part arrived. The installers were professional, friendly and efficient - had our door frame fixed within a couple hours. Patio door now slides easily and we are totally satisfied with the end product. Broken two layer window with moisture… Broken two layer window with moisture inside. Had previously used True View Windows. They had a gentleman out to take measurements. He did a perfect job and was very pleasant and professional. Cost was determined and window ordered. We had a new window within a couple of weeks of placing order. Window was professionally inserted, no problems. We would use True View Windows again, should the need arise.
