I ordered three boxes of the same type… I ordered three boxes of the same type of screw. When I received them one of the boxes was not what I ordered. After calling them to get the problem resolved I realized they do not know the meaning of customer service. It was their mistake but I was told I had to buy another box and pay for the shipping and they would somehow reimburse me for the shipping. When you make a mistake you shouldn't ask the customer to spend more money to help fix what they did.

Could not find the screws I wanted… Could not find the screws I wanted while navigating website, so I called customer service. Found the screws in no time. Very friendly knowledgeable person helped me, and they showed up as promised. High marks all around. Highly recommend your customer service to anybody.

The order came on time The order came on time, securely packaged, complete with insurance. But at a premium price. Order was accurate, in an appropriately sized box, so it easily fit in the mail box. Quality of the items, appeared good although I did not have occasion to use them.

Great selection and rapid shipment! As usual, the fasteners fully met their description. One fly in this ointment remains - relatively high shipping costs that make small orders less viable. I also noted that one box of screws had no identification on them - they had to be opened, measured, and a marker used to specify their size.
