Great Value I've found that the hardware and accessories I've purchased are of the highest quality and fair priced. Your screws and bits don't break. I recommend anyone looking for high quality screws and bits and other accessories McFeely's provide to use them.

Prices, selection good. Site broken AND stupid. Prices and selection on screws is good. Website's broken in multiple ways: Search is slow AF. Checkout click sequence unclear if using Paypal. Then order placed on return from PayPal without any order review. Order info incorrect: ship-to and bill-to addresses reversed!!! I made sure, site error, 100%. No chance to edit order after placed. I made a mistake ordering from McFeely's, would rather pay more elsewhere next time. I don't like giving my money to amateurs where I have to babysit my orders until they arrive.

I ordered three boxes of the same type… I ordered three boxes of the same type of screw. When I received them one of the boxes was not what I ordered. After calling them to get the problem resolved I realized they do not know the meaning of customer service. It was their mistake but I was told I had to buy another box and pay for the shipping and they would somehow reimburse me for the shipping. When you make a mistake you shouldn't ask the customer to spend more money to help fix what they did.

mcfeely's has always been good but I'm… mcfeely's has always been good but I'm a little concerned that the yellow zinc finish on the screws doesn't look as good as it used to. I have lots of old and new screws to compare side by side and the new finish seems quite thin and of varying color whereas the old screws appear almost as if the screw is yellow zinc to its core and smoother on the outside.

World Class Products and Business Acumen Your extensive inventory, consistent quality, and reliability always bring me to your store when I need something the local hardware store doesn't stock (or for that matter, even know it exists). I really miss the printed catalog but I find the web site lookup helps me focus in on the exact screw I need. McFeely's is truly in a class by itself.
