Everything great except felt prices… Everything great except felt prices were a bit higher if I wanted to shop around more.Used online lookup for items desired and placed order. Delivered in reasonable time period. Product inspection, ok.

Was able to find exactly what I needed Was able to find exactly what I needed. Not an easy task. Ordering was straight forward and simple. Shipping was very quick; got my order in three days from ordering. It was almost too fast since I was out of town and didn't expect the package that quick. Lucky I've got great neighbors who held my package. McFeely's will be my first go to when I'm looking for those unusual things my box store doesn't carry.

These guys are usually very reliable but... These guys are usually very reliable, but they really fell down on my last order. It started out normally and I received a shipping confirmation within a day or two of placing it. A week later I actually checked the tracking and it apparently had not left their facility. I sent an inquiry over the contact us link on their site and never received a reply. The next day the tracking updated to say Fedex had picked it up. So it would seem my order sat there for a week for no reason - I assume they would have replied to my inquiry if they had an explanation. They didn't and that's not acceptable either.

I bought McFeelies screws back before They Went South I bought McFeelies screws back before the shake up. THEN, they were great. I tried them again and am pissed. I bought a few hundred to use on a deck upper rail install. I went with square drive because the thousands of other square drives I bought [from McFeeleys years ago] and elsewhere served me well. They made Philips heads look like a joke. This batch of several hundred I just got barely stay on the driver for single handed starts. AND many of them spin out. If I would have settled for this kind of performance, I'd have stayed with Philips.

I ordered three boxes of the same type… I ordered three boxes of the same type of screw. When I received them one of the boxes was not what I ordered. After calling them to get the problem resolved I realized they do not know the meaning of customer service. It was their mistake but I was told I had to buy another box and pay for the shipping and they would somehow reimburse me for the shipping. When you make a mistake you shouldn't ask the customer to spend more money to help fix what they did.
