USPoor Customer Service Experience This company stinks. I ordered a knob set and when they arrived I realized it was the wrong lock mechanism and returned it for a refund. I barely took it out of the packaging, repackaged it they exact way they shipped it to me, then they denied my return saying I damaged it. They sent me photos of extremely small marks to the brass which could have been caused by anything (shipping, improper handling at the warehouse, etc.) but put the blame on me. I wanted to exchange for another model and they refused, didn't even offer to speak with me about it, and shipped me back the item with no refund. The quality of their items is great but they have horrible customer service and will blame YOU if something like this happens. I'm working on a larger remodel and planned to order from them but they have lost by business. Good day.

USTerrible service I got a return auth for a partial order, then decided to return everything. I called and was told she would update the request. Now I have received the partial refund and they are not responding at all to my chat requests or emails. If you return, you have to pay the shipping AND they charge a 25% re-stocking fee! They are dreadful!! I strongly recommend you buy elsewhere. The product is fine, and I should have ordered from Amazon who is easy to deal with and a legit business!! DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKNOBS!!!

USOrdered parts for cabinets that… Ordered parts for cabinets that appeared to ship in a normal timeline per the website. Weeks later I contacted them to ask why no shipment. They then told me they would be shipped more than 2 months after my order date. They only told me this after I emailed, not at the time of the order. I run an e-commerce company and would never dream of informing customers about a back order weeks after an order date. Terrible customer service will not order from them again. There are plenty of online knob shops.

USRidiculous return/exchange policy Ordered 46 large and 26 matching small handles from this company. Because of cabinet delays, we could not install them until nearly 3 months after receipt. Found out that because of door designs, we really needed 17 large, 63 small, and 2 extra large handles. Called the company to work out an exchange in factory sealed packages and they refused because it was over 30 days. Their site shows thousands of the handles in stock ready to ship. This cannot be an unusual situation. But to refuse to accept back factory sealed product in exchange for current merchandise seems like sticking your head in the sand. Extremely poor customer service compared to any other vendor I have dealt with.

USIt was quick and easy to order online… It was quick and easy to order online from a great assortment of cabinet hardware. My order arrived quickly, and just as I had requested. It looks wonderful on my new cabinets! I would recommend to friends or family.
