GBREGO RAPID RECOVERY - Chocolate REGO has always been my go to and I’m sure there are science backed reasons for the new formula. However, please consider the reviews that say the new formula is possibly a bit too sweet (I agree). That being said, this is still the best protein shake out there to prevent DOMS in my opinion! :) If you’ve not tried it, you should. Edit: Thank you for clarifying that the product now comes in 100% recyclable packaging instead of a tub, that’s really great news! It’s also great that SIS take customer feedback on board - your customer service is very good.

GBFantastic products especially the Beta… Fantastic products especially the Beta line . Trying to take onboard more carbohydrates while cycling and feel it's fuelling me really well, with no drop off in performance. Have noticed my recovery seems to be better also when ingesting more carbs. Great products all through the range.
