Super helpful when the product I… Super helpful when the product I ordered was actually out of stock. This is the only gel I can take when running longer distances that doesn’t upset my stomach! Easier to digest than others.

REGO RAPID RECOVERY - Chocolate REGO has always been my go to and I’m sure there are science backed reasons for the new formula. However, please consider the reviews that say the new formula is possibly a bit too sweet (I agree). That being said, this is still the best protein shake out there to prevent DOMS in my opinion! :) If you’ve not tried it, you should. Edit: Thank you for clarifying that the product now comes in 100% recyclable packaging instead of a tub, that’s really great news! It’s also great that SIS take customer feedback on board - your customer service is very good.

Great products and great support Great products and great support - I was in contact with their support and they were brilliant and responded immediately. I got next day delivery. I would recommend and I will be getting more stuff especially the chew gels as soon as these ones are used up!

Order was never received Order was never received. SiS use Evri as a courier company and unfortunately they are probably the worst! I contacted SiS via online Chat and was told to contact Evri which I did and was then told to contact SiS, not satisfactory! I have now contacted SiS again who are arranging a replacement, original seems to have been lost, fingers crossed it arrives this time! Unfortunately this isn't the first time Evri have lost an order from SiS!!

Great product but overpriced IMO I really like the BETA product and have used SIS for many years with varying results. I think the beta product works particularly well for me (no stomach issues and more palatable than the likes of Morton) but if you cannot avail of a discount, i think it is too expensive. It is difficult to justify the price given the alternatives you can now get and/or make. However, if price isn’t an issue or you want to splash out ….. all thay said, these products seem to impact stomachs differently so always test pre important event etc!
