GBREGO RAPID RECOVERY - Chocolate REGO has always been my go to and I’m sure there are science backed reasons for the new formula. However, please consider the reviews that say the new formula is possibly a bit too sweet (I agree). That being said, this is still the best protein shake out there to prevent DOMS in my opinion! :) If you’ve not tried it, you should. Edit: Thank you for clarifying that the product now comes in 100% recyclable packaging instead of a tub, that’s really great news! It’s also great that SIS take customer feedback on board - your customer service is very good.

GBSuper helpful when the product I… Super helpful when the product I ordered was actually out of stock. This is the only gel I can take when running longer distances that doesn’t upset my stomach! Easier to digest than others.

GBBottle is great at keeping drinks… Bottle is great at keeping drinks cold/hot but the handle attachment needs redesigning, I have owned 3 bottles and all break at the metal stud when accidentally dropped
