NextMed Service was Great! recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Marc at Nextmed, and I must say, his service was exceptional. From the moment I reached out, Marc was not only incredibly helpful but also exceptionally expedient in handling my queries and concerns. His ability to provide timely and effective solutions truly stood out, making my experience smooth and hassle-free. Marc's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interactions. He displayed a deep understanding of the services and went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully informed and comfortable with the processes involved. I have experienced wonderful results… I have experienced wonderful results with NextMed. There have been a couple small hiccups, but that is to be expected when dealing with medical providers, prescriptions, etc. I have been happy with the way their customer service has handled these issues, especially Rose, she has been most helpful.

And have gotten generic replies as well as I’ve been told I don’t exsist in their membership but they have charged me twice. Great customer service Great customer service. All my questions were answered and the Nextmed team stayed on the line with me until the problem was solved.

Amazing!!! So far, so amazing! The NP I saw was extremely informative and helpful through this whole initial process. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I’d like to also give a shout out to Alvin who called me immediately called me explaining the entire process moving forward and ensured me that I can call anytime for any further questions I may have. My experience thus far has been amazing and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I will back with updates!
