Next medical is a complete fraud Next medical is a complete fraud. I canceled my subscription months before I received a withdrawal from my FSA account. I haven't spoken to anyone, received services, or a refund for a subscription cancelation well before services were suppose to start because I read the reviews. Now, my FSA company is asking for a receipt for services I never received or approved. No one answers the phone, return calls, or respond to email. If they do it's a classic response email about how they get back to you within 48-72hours probably in prayer like I'm going to move on. No, I am not and I want my card refunded.
