Next medical is a complete fraud Next medical is a complete fraud. I canceled my subscription months before I received a withdrawal from my FSA account. I haven't spoken to anyone, received services, or a refund for a subscription cancelation well before services were suppose to start because I read the reviews. Now, my FSA company is asking for a receipt for services I never received or approved. No one answers the phone, return calls, or respond to email. If they do it's a classic response email about how they get back to you within 48-72hours probably in prayer like I'm going to move on. No, I am not and I want my card refunded.

All was well for the past year, but then… All was well for the past year. Then when I submitted a request for my monthly prescription to be filled, it was sent to my pharmacy, but my Insurance required a new pre-authorization to be submitted. It’s now eight days later I can’t get a hold of anyone, I’ve sent numerous emails called the toll-free number sat on hold for hours, and no one will get back to me. Not sure what happened, but clearly there is something going on with this company.

Amazing!!! So far, so amazing! The NP I saw was extremely informative and helpful through this whole initial process. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I’d like to also give a shout out to Alvin who called me immediately called me explaining the entire process moving forward and ensured me that I can call anytime for any further questions I may have. My experience thus far has been amazing and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I will back with updates!

Wonderful! NextMed has been superb in the level of care and service I’ve received. They always answered, always responded, and always delivered. The doctor showed true concern and provided proper treatment to aid in my weight loss. I will continue to use Next Med and have already referred numerous friends and family members.
