GBI have been trying to get an issue… I have been trying to get an issue resolved for almost 1 month. I had decided today to give it one more shot. If I couldn't get resolution today, I was going to cancel my membership. But Leo helped resolve my issue quickly and satisfactorily. He deserves a raise!

GBI have experienced wonderful results… I have experienced wonderful results with NextMed. There have been a couple small hiccups, but that is to be expected when dealing with medical providers, prescriptions, etc. I have been happy with the way their customer service has handled these issues, especially Rose, she has been most helpful.

GBDo Not Use- business is unresponsive I have been trying to reach them for almost a month and cannot get a callback or reply by email. Everything was in order until I had to wait for a new prior authorization from my insurance. They asked me to do it which confused me because they took care of it before. No response and they’ve deducted another monthly feel when I haven’t received my prescription from March. Just canceled and I have no hope of a refund since they have apparently disappeared into thin air.

And have gotten generic replies as well as I’ve been told I don’t exsist in their membership but they have charged me twice. Sent one med to my pharmacy I’m sure what I’ve read about this company being a scam is bogus as I want to have fairh

GBNext medical is a complete fraud Next medical is a complete fraud. I canceled my subscription months before I received a withdrawal from my FSA account. I haven't spoken to anyone, received services, or a refund for a subscription cancelation well before services were suppose to start because I read the reviews. Now, my FSA company is asking for a receipt for services I never received or approved. No one answers the phone, return calls, or respond to email. If they do it's a classic response email about how they get back to you within 48-72hours probably in prayer like I'm going to move on. No, I am not and I want my card refunded.
