High prices and horrible support. Let's ignore the prices and focus on the support problems with two examples: 1.) The relocation of units from Texas 4 takes more than HALF A YEAR now and is still not resolved. An absolutely horrible experience without the possibility to chose the data center the unit is being relocated to. 2.) A brand new S19k went offline. Instead of properly monitoring the deployed units, identifying problems and fixing them right away it took Compass Mining ONE WEEK to diagnose the problem without an estimate on the repair itself. Their support team obviously has no power over anything. It's the worst support I have encountered so far.

Don't Do It! Avg 20% uptime. Just buy BTC. 3+ years in Avg 20% uptime across all five of our units. Compass Home page cites glowing reviews and guarantees, none of that for us. Zero phone calls answered or returned. Many service tickets "we are sorry" with many lame excuses but no credits for this down time, only two of five units still working. In the red big time on this very poor investment. Sorry we got involved. No response to requests for "guarantee" help, now they want me to replace units that are irreparable after they've not even worked for one full year. They should be embarrassed to keep marketing machines as if everything it okay. Place is a clown show. Some "service" tickets still going on over a year with months between correspondence. Unbelievable really. Just buy BTC.

Great 3 months of mining I have started with Compass about three months ago and so far I'm very happy with the service. Miners were delivered even before expected dates and have been mining since with minimum downtime. Support had been in touch with me few time and generally responds within few days. As it stands now 5 stars well deserved. Fingers crossed it will stay at this level of service.

5 months of down time 5 months of down time, since Nov 2023, and still just lip service from Compass. I can't even request they ship it back to me, location is "somewhere" in Texas. Terrible management, horrible customer service; really expensive ASIC, I will never break even on this investment. Run, don't walk, away!

The miner has been operating with… The miner has been operating with Compass since January 9th in Ontario. During this time, it has been running at full capacity, except for a few hours due to a storm. It was also out of service for a few hours last weekend, but it was quickly resolved with an email. The support is very good at any time and day of the week. I am satisfied with the facility service.
