Such a disappointing experience My miner has been offline for over a year. When I ask about it, weeks go by before I get a response. I have checked in consistently during this time and have had very general responses stating my machine is being fixed. How has it taken a year to get fixed? The machine was expensive and now with the halving, it is such a loss. I am so disappointed with my experience with Compass. I have gone to a different company to continue mining and have all but lost hope for the machine I have with them. They recently said they would request a temporary miner for me (though they are still waiting on a response)- why wasn't that brought up a year ago as an option?

So far my experience is being great So far my experience is being great, in particular due the support provided by Colby in sales. Miners delivered on time/ahead of schedule. Expect to continue like this.

Took a very long time to get miners… Took a very long time to get miners online. Electricity price kept increasing. They took miners offline and kept the mining proceeds, but expected me to pay for all the electricity during that period. They do not follow the law as to UCC remedies.

High prices and horrible support. Let's ignore the prices and focus on the support problems with two examples: 1.) The relocation of units from Texas 4 takes more than HALF A YEAR now and is still not resolved. An absolutely horrible experience without the possibility to chose the data center the unit is being relocated to. 2.) A brand new S19k went offline. Instead of properly monitoring the deployed units, identifying problems and fixing them right away it took Compass Mining ONE WEEK to diagnose the problem without an estimate on the repair itself. Their support team obviously has no power over anything. It's the worst support I have encountered so far.
