GBI give Compass a score of 96 out of 100 Some reviewers here are looking for miracles! I have been with Compass for over 2 years and find the support exceptional in nearly all respects. If my machine is offline for >24 hours and message them. The message is acknowledged, then 19/20 I get a reply within 24 hours, and action taken in 1-4 days. Occasionally one miner goes offline and into a black hole. Then - I didn't know this till recently - they will loan you a machine till it's fixed. If you get stuck with support, phone them - hunt around and there is a phone number for sales. They'll help. Overall I give Compass 96/100! I am happy and see too much inappropriate moaning on here. It's the wild west: take it on the chin and see Compass for what they are - worthy partners.

GBSuch a disappointing experience My miner has been offline for over a year. When I ask about it, weeks go by before I get a response. I have checked in consistently during this time and have had very general responses stating my machine is being fixed. How has it taken a year to get fixed? The machine was expensive and now with the halving, it is such a loss. I am so disappointed with my experience with Compass. I have gone to a different company to continue mining and have all but lost hope for the machine I have with them. They recently said they would request a temporary miner for me (though they are still waiting on a response)- why wasn't that brought up a year ago as an option?

GB5 months of down time 5 months of down time, since Nov 2023, and still just lip service from Compass. I can't even request they ship it back to me, location is "somewhere" in Texas. Terrible management, horrible customer service; really expensive ASIC, I will never break even on this investment. Run, don't walk, away!

GBMy bitcoin miner has been "under… Update: After initially leaving a 1-star review, the Compass Mining team reached out and assigned me a temporary unit for the duration of my unit being under repair. Thank you Compass Team. My bitcoin miner has been "under repair" for 1 year now. At this point, Compass no longer responds to my messages in the ticket I started with them when I ask for a status update on the repair. Additionally, I have tried starting other tickets to get an update and they just tell me they are "merging" it with the existing ticket and don't give me an update on the repair. I wanted to support this company because their mission to bring bitcoin mining mainstream is good, but the customer support leaves a lot to be desired.

ESThe miner has been operating with… The miner has been operating with Compass since January 9th in Ontario. During this time, it has been running at full capacity, except for a few hours due to a storm. It was also out of service for a few hours last weekend, but it was quickly resolved with an email. The support is very good at any time and day of the week. I am satisfied with the facility service.
