Your appliance won't come with basic electrical plugs Your water intake isn't going to match up with anything that has been built in homes in the past 50 years. All they want is to nickel and dime customer into buying basic connection packs that they don't even have the curtesy to inform you you'll need.

Since Home Depot says they don’t sell automotive batteries anymore. They won’t stand behind this product and won’t give me a dime. I’m very upset with Home Depot and never shop there again. CAI have never experienced such horrible… I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Purchased a 6'x8' rolled bamboo fence. Paid for delivery. The bamboo arrived. It was filled with dirt, spider webs and spiders. The bamboo was all black and grey and totally discolored (clearly sitting outside for months). So far two separate calls for more than 2+ hours. With customer service saying they are trying to reach the store who shipped the product and they can't do anything until the store answers the phone! Worst purchase decision ever.

GBI have a Pro Xtra account with them as… I have known Home Depot for a long time now, I even got me a Pro Xtra account with them as I shop a lot there when I am busy. They have a large variety of materials, from timber, tiles, kitchens and baths to electrical, you name it they have it. Long opening hours, 7 days a week, very helpful staff and good returning policy. Highly recommended!

GBI ordered a refrigerator to be… I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered and was given a delivery date and time of 4/20 between 9am-1pm. I was at work but my wife was home waiting for the delivery.At 10:16am I saw that a message was left 5 minutes prior stating the delivery person was at my house and no one answered so they left a note and moved on to their next delivery.I called customer service as directed in the voice mail and discussed the situation with a Home Depot CSR. I made a case that I have a lot of food that could spoil and I really need to have the refrigerator delivered today. The Home Depot CSR made it very clear that there was no chance of a delivery until Saturday (2 days). I continued to plead with the CSR and she started to giggle. I asked what was funny and she got annoyed let out a loud laugh and hung up on me. I called another customer service number and got a CSR who did not laugh at me, but in the long run gave me the same answer concerning my delivery. She also asked me if I got a call from the delivery person alerting me he was on the way and I told her know. She agreed this was not proper procedure and also apologized for the was the first CST treated me. She told me she can see who the first CSR was and that she would escalate this issue More to come, but I am very disappointed overal withHome Depot and feel they need to apologize and make this right.
