Extremely happy. I called iMovR customer service because I needed replacement locks for my Landers desk. The customer service agent was able to handle my request quickly, kindly, and with sincere interest in addressing my concerns. The replacement locks were sent to my new address without delay and no cost. I am extremely happy with the service provided by iMovR.

excellent customer service excellent customer service. Very responsive, fair and easy to work with.

Great products and great company to deal with I have an unusual situation and needed a custom desk with specific and high demands, and iMovr helped me figure out which system to get and helped with some key design features. After using the desk for quite a while I had a minor electrical issue and they very quickly determined a fix and sent me the necessary parts. They sell great products and are a pleasure to deal with.

Great customer service with replacement part I broke one of the cord covers on my dual monitor arms (was my bad, not a product issue) and wanted to get replacements. I reached out to iMovR using the “Contact Us” form and had a reply with a couple days. Juliette was super friendly and knowledgeable, included an image in the email to make sure we were talking about the same thing, and got me set up for ordering the replacement plus a couple extra (just in case). I was planning to pay for the replacement since it was totally my fault the item broke, but they decided to provide it as under warranty instead. Completely unexpected, and definitely appreciated. I’m impressed with both the product and people of iMovR, they’re top notch.

Jaxson NOT made in USA You do realize that iMovR website incorrectly states the Jaxson is Made in USA when in fact it is NOT. Check out the specs. Unfortunately, I bought one of these Jaxson thinking it was Made in the USA, paid a premium for that being the case, when in fact it is a not any better than any of the other China/Eastern Europe junk bases being imported into our country. Yes, check it out, I am speaking truth.
