GBExtremely happy. I called iMovR customer service because I needed replacement locks for my Landers desk. The customer service agent was able to handle my request quickly, kindly, and with sincere interest in addressing my concerns. The replacement locks were sent to my new address without delay and no cost. I am extremely happy with the service provided by iMovR.

GBsupport lacking, accessories unworkable with no service The review is strictly for company, accessories and customer support and that they won't let you leave reviews on their website. Click on add my review and it's a loop to their reference to good reviews. Desk is solid, moving well and assembled well but accessories are sometimes unusable and they don't care. I ordered desk but ended up putting together past 100 days and found the accessories that go under desk (laptop holder) won't fit because they hit the rails needed for desk motors/cords. Told imovr and they just said sorry past 100 days. Their power cord accessories are overpriced jokes. The tilt keyboard is legit, but i have about $500 of worthless accessories, and only usable was keybaord and monitor holders. if company tried a little on customer service and not blocking ability to leave reviews which they advertise on site and online, they could easily have 5 starts and not have me find places to leave reviews.

GBJuliette saves the day! Spoke to Juliette in customer service. Somehow, in the course of my move, the two legs of the standing desk came to be two different heights. After that, the desk was very confused. It didn't know what to do. Juliette showed me how to reset it. The legs returned to the same length. (The shortest length.) From there, everything worked. Juliette saved my evening. And the company didn't make me jump through 1000 hoops to get service. I spoke to a human, first thing out of the chute. And a knowledgeable human, at that. Everyone should buy their standing desks from iMovR.

GBFantastic customer service! I had an issue with my Emma Three monitor mount where one of the monitors was not level with the rest. They sent me all equipment under warranty to resolve the issue. We also discovered that my desktop had slightly bowed. Not only did they replace my desktop under warranty, but they fabricated a support bracket for it. 10 out of 10 would buy a desk from them again.
