Solid support on a Technical Issue I had a technical issue with a 3 year old standing desk that was resolved under warranty. The problem took several steps to diagnose, but the iMovR team stuck with it until we got the issue resolved. Great product and solid customer support follow through.

Juliette saves the day! Spoke to Juliette in customer service. Somehow, in the course of my move, the two legs of the standing desk came to be two different heights. After that, the desk was very confused. It didn't know what to do. Juliette showed me how to reset it. The legs returned to the same length. (The shortest length.) From there, everything worked. Juliette saved my evening. And the company didn't make me jump through 1000 hoops to get service. I spoke to a human, first thing out of the chute. And a knowledgeable human, at that. Everyone should buy their standing desks from iMovR.

Great products and great company to deal with I have an unusual situation and needed a custom desk with specific and high demands, and iMovr helped me figure out which system to get and helped with some key design features. After using the desk for quite a while I had a minor electrical issue and they very quickly determined a fix and sent me the necessary parts. They sell great products and are a pleasure to deal with.

Great Customer Service Several years after purchasing an iMovR desk, there was an issue with the drive mechanism on one of the legs. When I called, I was able to talk with a customer service representative almost immediately. After a brief discussion, replacement parts were immediately sent and my desk was working again in less than a week!

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with my Emma Three monitor mount where one of the monitors was not level with the rest. They sent me all equipment under warranty to resolve the issue. We also discovered that my desktop had slightly bowed. Not only did they replace my desktop under warranty, but they fabricated a support bracket for it. 10 out of 10 would buy a desk from them again.
