USDisappointing Experience: Lack of Communication and Customer Service It is with a heavy heart that I am compelled to write this review about Protein Factory, a brand I have cherished and supported for years. However, recent events have left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated. After placing an online order, I encountered a concerning issue where my package was inexplicably returned to the sender. Seeking clarification and resolution, I reached out to Protein Factory through the communication channels they specified – via text and email. However, to my disappointment, my attempts at contact have been met with deafening silence. It has been a staggering 19 days since my initial inquiry, yet I have received no communication or act of customer service from Protien Factory.This level of disregard is entirely out of character for a company I have trusted and patronized for so long. The lack of response is particularly disheartening considering the unwavering quality of Protein Factory's products. However, it pains me to admit that this stellar product quality is overshadowed by abysmal customer service and communication practices. Echoing the experiences of other dissatisfied customers, such as Steve Pearl, it appears evident that there has been a notable decline in the company's dedication to its patrons. It is disheartening to witness what feels like a loss of passion for the business from the company's leadership. While I still hold faith in the excellence of Protein Factory's products, I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing from them online. Until there is a demonstrable improvement in their customer service and communication, I urge potential customers to exercise caution and explore alternative purchasing avenues. In conclusion, while I regret having to issue such a warning about a brand I once held in high regard, I cannot overlook the lack of accountability and care demonstrated by Protein Factory. Proceed with caution, and do not let this company take your money without delivering the service and support you deserve.

USTectanic Red I recently purchased Tectanic Red per Alex's recommendation. I decided to test it out on leg day, and the results were phenomenal. I hit a PR squatting and felt much more strength and endurance than usual. Generally after I do heavy sets in squats my legs will be gassed when performing iso exercises such has ham curls, but not this time. I was able to lift more weight and hit more reps than expected. One day later and I am feeling zero soreness. I'm more than happy with my purchase, great stuff!

USAlex is a con man I placed an order and after two weeks it never showed up. When I called Alex he said it was out of stock. He argued with me about a refund in ultimately threatened to come up to my house saying, “you don’t know who I am”. He will deny it, but I have indisputable proof. USSTOLE MY MONEY Service has been getting worse and worse and this time THEY COMPLETELY STOLE MY MONEY. 4 attempts by email and text to check the status of my order and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. This company is totally tanking into the toilet bowl. They were good when the owner Alex had a passion for business 20 years ago. Now evidently he couldn't care less about the his customers, and even stealing money now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many great companies very eager to please

USNo bull listen to the reviews No bull listen to the reviews. The shipping is bull I never received a tracking number 14 days later no package no tracking number. No response at the end. I called UPS they informed me it was delivered on the 17th. again emailed and text protein factory finally this Wednesday January 2024 finally responded and send me a picture of the tracking information. Nope no package I guess it’s my fault for ordering from them should have checked the reviews.I’m out 100 bucks and I’ll protein factory said is oh well. Never buying from this company again.
