Great customer service Was having an issue with my app logging me out and not letting me back in.....contacted LASTA customer service and Kate Brown worked with me on a daily basis continuing to check back with me and giving me step by step instructions on how to remedy my issue. Was nice to know someone had my back and cared abut my issues.

Horrible app Horrible app. I have emailed now, 6 times to cancel the subscription, 4 of them being before they charged me $99.99 a day BEFORE they were even supposed to. They don’t allow you to cancel. I want a refund, and I want to cancel. This is INSANE. you need to stop stealing form people. And before you respond with “email us,” I HAVE. So find another solution. You reach out to me now.

Customer Service takes forever to respond It stated I could cancel anytime. I’ve emailed the company 5 if not more times and they have not cancelled my account. Update: they finally cancelled my subscription. I did get a charge last night for it but hoping I won’t be charged again.
