Some problems Nice box. 10 out of 10 for packaging. Not easy to read instructions where it was white on turquoise. Could not send the sample back free of charge as it seems to be US internal mail only. Added cost which we did not expect.

I really want to like this company I really like this company. I used to visit Farmers Park in Springfield a lot and would always see their sign. I’ve ordered two tests now and received results for one. I will say I’m happy with the results of the first test. I’m leaving two stars because I’ve emailed the info@ address multiple times and have received no response.

The Fitness Package The fitness package i got was simple and easy to use. But on the contrary the information o got from it was far from simple. Great work made easy and able to understand in the ways it was written helped me understand easier what to do and how to do it to my strengths and weaknesses.

I received no email or directions… I received no email or directions directing me to the results of my test. Instead, I had to click and look around going through eight steps to find the test results. I am disappointed with the results. They are very generic. I have taken seven other DNA tests and they are much more specific. I am Scots-Irish and English and some tell me where my family emigrated from in Scotland to Northern Ireland to the United States with excellent graphics. I had hoped to go deeper into my heritage and this one doesn't tell me much more. The Y-chromosome write-up is fairly good and having the test results in a PDF format is good. Otherwise, I rate you as a "C," maybe C minus.
