I would recommend Dynamic DNA tests more for the other tests they provide (such as fitness, nutrition, personality, etc.) than ancestry, especially if you want in-depth test results.

Ancestry test I have taken the nutrition and fitness DNA tests and learned a lot about myself from those stand points. I took the ancestry test but it only gave me basic information I already knew. I know that I am of European ancestry I was hoping to pin point to which European countries to specifically dive in further from there.

Okay and somewhat helpful I wanted to know how I metabolize caffeine which I got but the way they measure other things, I am unsure how reliable it is.

Great informative tests Great informative tests, I’ve bought 2 thus far and it didn’t take too long to receive results. Also like when they offer discounts on the tests. I plan on buying more tests in the future.
