GBStarting Over First off, the Prolon folks are always helpful and informative. In terms of using Prolon, I began using the FMD about 5 years ago - it was amazing to help me enhance my health. But circumstances haven't allowed me to use over last several years. Breaking back into fasting with one day reboots over 3 weeks. Then time to get back to a 5 day fast (or 2 or 3). So far, so far. Great opportunity to support my lifestyle.

GBI love prolon but this time around I… I love prolon but this time around I felt the variety of soups I received were too much the same and they never have been in the past. Also, after all this time on the market I would have thought by now you would have come up with a better recipe for the l-bar. It tastes terrible and I have a hard time ever finishing one. The soups are also just too difficult to break down. It takes longer to heat the soups up and dissolve them fully than it does to make soup from scratch.

GBI never thought I could do a fast for… I never thought I could do a fast for one day, let alone 5! It wasn't always easy, but it felt good to be in touch with my hunger - real and imagined. I dropped 5 pounds although I realize it's probably not typical. I'm looking forward to the next month and beyond with new-found confidence in my weight loss and management of diabetes.

GBWow! Outstanding! Wow! What an complete, upscale, organized, supportive, program. It reached beyond my expectations. I was really questioning if it would be worth the cost. Hands down - yes! I can not speak to the end results, I am only completing day two, but the support I have received through the recorded Zoom meetings(I couldn’t attend live) and the accompanying book, have given me so much motivation, I am confident I will complete the entire plan.

GBChanged the way I eat I cannot recommend the Almond and Cocoa spread enough. I use it to take away sweet cravings and have a couple of spoons a day. It is delicious, I’m just waiting for it come back in stock now. I also rely on the Prolon nutrition fasting bar every morning. It fills me up and stops me overeating and snacking after breakfast,
