I wasted 200 GBP, had to throw the whole thing away. Part of the package contained food that expired on an extremely short notice. They promised a replacement 5 times via email but never delivered it. Eventually they blocked my email address. If they are this trustworthy (keeping promises) and care about customers or customer experience this much, imagine how many of the claims about the product might be true. Reminds me of the old saying goes, "if it sounds to good to be true...then it's a scam." Avoid.

3 time doing Prolon i’ve done this a few times usually i do this once a year espically before a Holiday to help me reset everything and try and be healthy while away, As sometimes on holiday you can let yourself go. I am currently on day 4 today i’ve already lost half a stone in 3 days which i will try and maintain afterwards. Some of the soups are really nice i am on prolon 2 programe i prefer the soups and the choc bar tasted like olive oil was so creamy and well textured. I loved the black bean soup my favorite i wish we had more options to choose which soup we would like and yes even if we can have a shake instead which will be useful. i will try and do another fasting reset in another 3 months. have 2 more days! and yes i am very tired i didn’t sleep well on day 3 i was thinking about food to much hopefully i sleep better this evening

I lost £398 I paid £398 for two boxes that were never delivered. Prolon says they were delivered to a neighbour, but the neighbours say they hadn't accepted any delivery. Also, I had not given permission to deliver anywhere other than me, personally. I asked Prolon to investigate, but they never replied.

Worst experience Worst experience - the soups are inedible, they have a gooey texture and the powder doesn't dissolve well. The L-bars are disgusting and inedible as well. Biggest waste of money. Not surprised people lose weight - this makes you starve for 5 days straight since the things they give you are inedible. The only thing that is somewhat good are the olives. Do not waste your money on this. And to add to that I paid $10 for express shipping and it took way longer than 3 days to get to my house.

I love prolon but this time around I… I love prolon but this time around I felt the variety of soups I received were too much the same and they never have been in the past. Also, after all this time on the market I would have thought by now you would have come up with a better recipe for the l-bar. It tastes terrible and I have a hard time ever finishing one. The soups are also just too difficult to break down. It takes longer to heat the soups up and dissolve them fully than it does to make soup from scratch.
