pissed off customer
GBI wasted 200 GBP, had to throw the whole thing away. Part of the package contained food that expired on an extremely short notice. They promised a replacement 5 times via email but never delivered it. Eventually they blocked my email address. If they are this trustworthy (keeping promises) and care about customers or customer experience this much, imagine how many of the claims about the product might be true. Reminds me of the old saying goes, "if it sounds to good to be true...then it's a scam." Avoid.

GBMy son introduced me to the 5-day… My son introduced me to the 5-day mimicking fasting protocol, and as a cancer survivor I thought I might give it a try. Though I have been nearly 20 years recovered (some say 'cured'), it seemed an interesting step to take. Weight loss isn't an issue––I lost 4.5 lbs in the five days, and I'm sure that most, if not all, of that will come back in the coming weeks as I return to my regular diet. Day 2 was probably the hardest, feeling hungry every minute. Now, on the first post-fast day, I'm feeling great, easing back to my regular routine (mostly plant-based diet, along with fish, and small amounts of other animal proteins). I will very likely try the fast again in 4 months, and then 4 months after that––three times for the year.

GBI appreciate the science behind the… I appreciate the science behind the program, that's one of the things that kept me going. I struggled a bit with hunger, but not enough to give up. I did feel better when the Fast was over. I am doing the program to address metabolic issues and I intend to continue with two additional fasts to see if this program helps in anyway. The food was also very good and that made a big difference for me as well.

Looking forward to feeling the results after Day 5. The daily check is with MS Sass have been informative and super helpful. Dr. Jose Pelayo

GBThe little bit of food is a game changer. 3 days of water fasting is difficult, 5 days is almost impossible for me. However having the little bit of food to eat on the Prolon fast is a game changer. I love the couple of times on days 3 and 4 that a sudden feeling and movement in my intestines was so noticeable. I'm sure that is proof that so much healing was happening there. I know that I need to repeat this 5 day Proton fast again the next two months in order to address more health issues. I'm thankful that I don't have to do this alone and with water only.
