2 Lies We had old carpet pulled up and new put down in 2 bedrooms. Each had heavy furniture, which out salesman noted on the order. My husband had 2 questions, after everything was set up...1) Will I be able to communicate with whoever comes out? "Yes sir. At least one of the crew will be English speaking and able to communicate with you." Not True...2) Will there be more than one worker coming out, since we have some heavy furniture to be moved? "Oh, yessir, I've made a note on the order that there is heavy furniture, so there will be at least 2 workers coming out." Another Not True...Day of installation, one worker showed up. My husband had a difficult time communicating with him. He was able to get a cousin to come help with the job, who had previously worked for 50Floor. Luckily he spoke English and that problem was solved. Of course we had to wait over AN HOUR for the cousin to show up. The job, once they began, turned out great. Very happy with the end result, but feel like we were totally misled as to who would be showing up!

Great job!!! Great job!!!! Love our new floors!!! Our install team was very careful with our very heavy furniture and placed it back where it belonged. They cleaned as they went, working exceptionally well together. They did the entire home in less than two days!!!!! Thank you

We were very pleased with both the sales rep and installation team. We were very pleased with both the sales rep, Rischard Landers, and the men who installed the product. Richard explained everything and checked with us after the job was completed. The installation team did an amazing job so quickly and was not a disturbing event.

Carpet is great Carpet is great, salesperson great. Installation not so much. Seams showing bad already, sent someone out to try to fix. Could not speak English so couldn't communicate very well. When installation person called back explained the situation, was told someone would contact us. Never heard back. Been quite some time. has been months.

50 floor installed flooring very poorly… 50 floor installed flooring very poorly and will not fix problems as stated in warranty. ADDITIONALLY, DID NOT COMPLETE JOB AS AGREED. SOMEONE CALLED AND PROMISED RESPONSE AND FLOOR PROBLEMS FIXED ASAP. BEGINNING OF MARCH.IT IS NOW APRIL AND NO RESULT. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW, AS FLOOR GETS WORSE AND NO RESULTS. 50 FLOOR IS A NO GO IN FUTURE, BEWARE!!!!
