GB2 Lies We had old carpet pulled up and new put down in 2 bedrooms. Each had heavy furniture, which out salesman noted on the order. My husband had 2 questions, after everything was set up...1) Will I be able to communicate with whoever comes out? "Yes sir. At least one of the crew will be English speaking and able to communicate with you." Not True...2) Will there be more than one worker coming out, since we have some heavy furniture to be moved? "Oh, yessir, I've made a note on the order that there is heavy furniture, so there will be at least 2 workers coming out." Another Not True...Day of installation, one worker showed up. My husband had a difficult time communicating with him. He was able to get a cousin to come help with the job, who had previously worked for 50Floor. Luckily he spoke English and that problem was solved. Of course we had to wait over AN HOUR for the cousin to show up. The job, once they began, turned out great. Very happy with the end result, but feel like we were totally misled as to who would be showing up!

GBWe were very pleased with both the sales rep and installation team. We were very pleased with both the sales rep, Rischard Landers, and the men who installed the product. Richard explained everything and checked with us after the job was completed. The installation team did an amazing job so quickly and was not a disturbing event.

GBTwo months of half finished and defective flooring and no end in sight! I hired 50 floor to install all new Lvp in my condo. The contractor walked off the job with job not finished, then new installer comes and says floor needs leveling. They tear up flooring and poured cement and lay new flooring only to tell me this flooring is defective and that is why both installation attempts have felled. Now it has been two months and I am still waiting for good flooring to be installed. And they have left me with my floors torn up , doors and trim not installed and they refuse to set new date for new flooring to be installed!! Even though I have paid for the flooring!! 13 thousand dollars worth of flooring!

GB50 floor installed flooring very poorly… 50 floor installed flooring very poorly and will not fix problems as stated in warranty. ADDITIONALLY, DID NOT COMPLETE JOB AS AGREED. SOMEONE CALLED AND PROMISED RESPONSE AND FLOOR PROBLEMS FIXED ASAP. BEGINNING OF MARCH.IT IS NOW APRIL AND NO RESULT. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW, AS FLOOR GETS WORSE AND NO RESULTS. 50 FLOOR IS A NO GO IN FUTURE, BEWARE!!!!
