We love our new floor Everything was done at our convenience and in our house. The salesman sat down and discussed our preferences, measured the space, and gave us the quote all in one visit. The install crew from Construvision was excellent. They worked hard and fast. They cleaned up after themselves, and completed the large project in one day. We love our new floor.

Make sure you set boundaries for the installers and ask about padding. From the online request to the in home consult to scheduling to installation I will gladly rate a 10/10. Charles Wood my in home consultant was GREAT! He took his time explaining, he was not aggressive he respected me as the customer. The installers, great Job!!. The major downside, they USED MY MICROWAVE, without ASKING!! What in the world. What gives people the right or the comfort to treat my home like the open doors of QT. 3/10 The floors are beautiful, I like my choice. I am unsure if padding was supposed to have been used. There are some pockets of unevenness because there is no padding. I will be reaching out to 50floors

Purchase and installation proceeded without a hitch! The purchase experience went off without a hitch. The salesperson was very helpful. The installers could not have been more professional. They arrived in a timely fashion and completed the job professionally. They left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Two months of half finished and defective flooring and no end in sight! I hired 50 floor to install all new Lvp in my condo. The contractor walked off the job with job not finished, then new installer comes and says floor needs leveling. They tear up flooring and poured cement and lay new flooring only to tell me this flooring is defective and that is why both installation attempts have felled. Now it has been two months and I am still waiting for good flooring to be installed. And they have left me with my floors torn up , doors and trim not installed and they refuse to set new date for new flooring to be installed!! Even though I have paid for the flooring!! 13 thousand dollars worth of flooring!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH SATISFIED CUSTOMERS The entire experience was great thanks to the staff at 50Floors. From the initial visit with Jessica to the follow up calls with Rebecca and the installation process with Mr. Cruz and crew. Jessica, Mr. Cruz and staff were so great, I didn't want them to leave our home. Our floors are fantastic and we are very pleased. I have already recommended 50Floors to friends and family. I was very nervous and apprehensive in the beginning; however thanks to Jessica, I became more at ease the more she spoke with me and explained the difference between flooring (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, etc.).
