Twice I have scheduled appts with this… Twice I have scheduled appts with this company, they are great at providing updated but I had an appt for today between 1-3 and no one show up or called stating maybe they are running late. I think I dodged a bullet and will be using FCI Flooring instead.

LVT and carpet throughout… We purchase LVT and carpet throughout our house. The LVT was installed first, and then the carpet. The carpet installer scratched our "scratch resistant flooring ". We have other scratches in the floor from chairs and such. We purchased warranty, and although I have called four times, no one has been out to fix it. This has been going on for months. I wouldn't recommend due to the lack of customer service, and we even paid a pretty penny for the warranty. Additionally, the salesperson told us over and over again how scratch resistant the LVT is, and not even 4 months later we have multiple visible scratches. They won't respond to come out and fix the damage they caused to the floor while installing.

A SPERVISOR CALLED ME and verified… A SPERVISOR CALLED ME and verified because not professionally cleaned yearly out of warranty to have the carpets in both bedrooms streched properly I must pay ..they are buckled and loose...fibers and bald spots....must be inspected for $150...charge but out of warranty so there is no replacement. .buyer beware .....Bought this carpet August of 2019

horrible experience initial appointment guy showed up an hour late. measured but did not give quote, said he needed to come back next week and would call to confirm the following Tuesday. never called. i called and he said he would get back to me and again never did. called company for new sales person. they never called back.

EMPIRE TODAY "BAD NEWS" I have been satisfied with my flooring, however where the threshold meets the carpet they cut the carpet too short. The installer used clear hot melt glue on top of the carpet. At first it was clear and now has turned black and has become very hard and sharp. I called them and had very poor customer service and that I would need to pay a service charge to fix their mess. I would tell anyone that is considering to use them to hire someone else to get a better job and stand behind their installs.
