GBTwice I have scheduled appts with this… Twice I have scheduled appts with this company, they are great at providing updated but I had an appt for today between 1-3 and no one show up or called stating maybe they are running late. I think I dodged a bullet and will be using FCI Flooring instead.

GBThey were very good They were very good, worked very hard and steady. Only one spoke English which was okay but the one that spoke English didn't show up on the second day so we improvised as best we could with a Google translator on my phone. Overall, they did a pretty good job but my nephew had to do some things that they could not do, due to the fact that they didn't have the right color or size for the doorway to the outside. But they were very hard workers?

GBBest Experience First of all at the beginning I made an appointment with a great salesman to come to my house and show me samples of carpet. After selecting my carpet the greatest salesman ever gave me a huge discount. His customer service is impeccable, I was very impressed with the salesman. I set a date to have my carpet installed. I thought I was impressed with the salesman but, the carpet installers were awesome, great customer service, very skilled craft. Amazing how they maneuver around furniture. My entire upstairs 3 bedrooms, closets and hallway and staircase was done in very timely manner. The crew that did the carpet amazing people. Empire has given the greatest experience ever. I highly recommend Empire to install your carpet.

GBLVT and carpet throughout… We purchase LVT and carpet throughout our house. The LVT was installed first, and then the carpet. The carpet installer scratched our "scratch resistant flooring ". We have other scratches in the floor from chairs and such. We purchased warranty, and although I have called four times, no one has been out to fix it. This has been going on for months. I wouldn't recommend due to the lack of customer service, and we even paid a pretty penny for the warranty. Additionally, the salesperson told us over and over again how scratch resistant the LVT is, and not even 4 months later we have multiple visible scratches. They won't respond to come out and fix the damage they caused to the floor while installing.

GBNever Use Empire Today Empire Today installed laminate flooring in two bedrooms on August 25, 2023. Extensive damage began to appear under the bed in the master bedroom. I reported the damage, indicating the area was totally under the bed, was never exposed to anything as it was never walked upon nor cleaned with any water or solvent. I was required to send photos for assessment. A few days later a flooring specialist was sent for the inspection. A few days later I received a Certificate of Completion which I never signed. The inspector indicated the cause of the damage was water and Empire indicated that this was not covered by warranty and that I was responsible for the repair. This is impossible as the damaged area is under the bed and has never been exposed to anything. The inspector indicated in a text that damage by water was his “BEST GUESS” and had entered “N/A” on the Certificate of Completion instead of my signature indicating that I was satisfied with the work performed. I was informed that had to use an inspector certified by one of 3 certififying organizations. Found one. The closet inspector is 386 miles from our home. Empire Today’s warranties and their business practices are terrible, if not fraudulent.
