horrible experience initial appointment guy showed up an hour late. measured but did not give quote, said he needed to come back next week and would call to confirm the following Tuesday. never called. i called and he said he would get back to me and again never did. called company for new sales person. they never called back.

EMPIRE TODAY "BAD NEWS" I have been satisfied with my flooring, however where the threshold meets the carpet they cut the carpet too short. The installer used clear hot melt glue on top of the carpet. At first it was clear and now has turned black and has become very hard and sharp. I called them and had very poor customer service and that I would need to pay a service charge to fix their mess. I would tell anyone that is considering to use them to hire someone else to get a better job and stand behind their installs.

Great Experience. Trina came out, showed and suggested. I wasn't planning on buying that day, wanted to get 3 quotes and this was my first one. No hard sale, I think I ended closing myself. The workmanship was great The workmanship was great, however the flooring we chose had a high gloss to it. When this flooring was installed it was very much a matte or no shine finish. We were instructed to use a microfiber mop to remove the dust that had settled during installation and them wet mop to clean it further. We did this for about 3 weeks and then also used the Bona which we were told would give it shine. We had done all of this since installation and still no shine.
