The promise of having a professional… The promise of having a professional “stairmaster” capable of handing the circular shape of our stairs didn’t happen. Our sales person made personal promises that were not carried out. When the installers arrived they stated there was no mention of a circular staircase in the notes. The installers worked hard but the stairs just don’t like professional.

2nd time we have used Empire Today 2nd time we have used Empire Today. Once for tile and again for wood floors. Service was always outstanding and done on schedule and cleaned up every day. A SPERVISOR CALLED ME and verified… A SPERVISOR CALLED ME and verified because not professionally cleaned yearly out of warranty to have the carpets in both bedrooms streched properly I must pay ..they are buckled and loose...fibers and bald spots....must be inspected for $150...charge but out of warranty so there is no replacement. .buyer beware .....Bought this carpet August of 2019
