GBGreat Experience. Trina came out, showed and suggested. I wasn't planning on buying that day, wanted to get 3 quotes and this was my first one. No hard sale, I think I ended closing myself. GBEMPIRE TODAY "BAD NEWS" I have been satisfied with my flooring, however where the threshold meets the carpet they cut the carpet too short. The installer used clear hot melt glue on top of the carpet. At first it was clear and now has turned black and has become very hard and sharp. I called them and had very poor customer service and that I would need to pay a service charge to fix their mess. I would tell anyone that is considering to use them to hire someone else to get a better job and stand behind their installs.

GBI was very pleased in the installation I was very pleased in the installation, except for the threshold against the wood flooring that was all ready installed.the installer said they would charge a couple thousand to bring the floor up. I was very pleased with the installers and their professionalism

GBInstallation could’ve been smoother We had a fantastic experience with our sales person. No issues at all and he was so helpful. Customer service was great as well. The day of installation was not the best. We requested a morning install, for lighting and work reasons, they arrived after 4pm, and were rude when they called to notify they were on their way. The installers were rude when they realized there was no overhead light in the room, and demanded to know why they weren’t notified. My response was that is why we requested they arrive in the morning. They did not leave until almost 9pm, and left pieces to vacuum up behind. (Said it was too dark to vacuum.

GBIt was worse than buying a car After reading all of the negative reviews, glad we dodged the bullet with a horribly pushy and insulting sales rep! It was worse than buying a car!! "If you sign right NOW, we can give you a discount." or "Let me call my manager." First quote was 22K for 1500 sq ft - but miraculously, the price would come down to 16K if we signed on the spot. No thanks...I'd rather have root canal! Pushy, aggressive, and insulting sales reps are a turnoff!!
