Great Experience. Trina came out, showed and suggested. I wasn't planning on buying that day, wanted to get 3 quotes and this was my first one. No hard sale, I think I ended closing myself. Twice I have scheduled appts with this… Twice I have scheduled appts with this company, they are great at providing updated but I had an appt for today between 1-3 and no one show up or called stating maybe they are running late. I think I dodged a bullet and will be using FCI Flooring instead.

I was very pleased in the installation I was very pleased in the installation, except for the threshold against the wood flooring that was all ready installed.the installer said they would charge a couple thousand to bring the floor up. I was very pleased with the installers and their professionalism
