I was very pleased in the installation I was very pleased in the installation, except for the threshold against the wood flooring that was all ready installed.the installer said they would charge a couple thousand to bring the floor up. The promise of having a professional… The promise of having a professional “stairmaster” capable of handing the circular shape of our stairs didn’t happen. Our sales person made personal promises that were not carried out. When the installers arrived they stated there was no mention of a circular staircase in the notes. The installers worked hard but the stairs just don’t like professional.

They were very good They were very good, worked very hard and steady. Only one spoke English which was okay but the one that spoke English didn't show up on the second day so we improvised as best we could with a Google translator on my phone. Overall, they did a pretty good job but my nephew had to do some things that they could not do, due to the fact that they didn't have the right color or size for the doorway to the outside. But they were very hard workers?

Great Experience. Trina came out, showed and suggested. I wasn't planning on buying that day, wanted to get 3 quotes and this was my first one. No hard sale, I think I ended closing myself. She is very self assured and I immediately trusted here recommendations. I would recommend Trina and Empire to any of my friends.

EMPIRE TODAY "BAD NEWS" I have been satisfied with my flooring, however where the threshold meets the carpet they cut the carpet too short. The installer used clear hot melt glue on top of the carpet. At first it was clear and now has turned black and has become very hard and sharp. I called them and had very poor customer service and that I would need to pay a service charge to fix their mess. I would tell anyone that is considering to use them to hire someone else to get a better job and stand behind their installs.
